He tapped the symbol on his right forearm and a holographic pad appeared before him. He tapped the pad several times and Waverly Avenue was coded right in front of him. The cobblestones appeared and locked into place. Drains appeared, lightposts erected and telephone booths popped out of the ground. Syphon smiled then the pad changed colour. Another few taps and the Avenue began to populate. People going about their daily business. NPC's designed to be interactive. Having created this, Syphon then moved on to create more.
